Program Costs & Sliding Scale Options

The Insight Exchange Peer Coaching Network is a transformative opportunity for professional development and personal growth. We understand that financial accessibility is crucial for broad participation, and as such, we offer a sliding scale pricing structure to accommodate diverse financial situations.

Standard Program Cost:

  • $1000 for the full six-month program (six 2-hour sessions)

We are committed to ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds can participate. If the full fee is a financial barrier, please refer to the sliding scale options below.

Sliding Scale Options:

We offer flexible pricing to ensure equitable access to this program. Please choose the level that best reflects your current financial situation. Each level offers the same access to the program’s full benefits.

  1. Pay It Forward - $1300

This rate covers the standard program cost and supports another community member’s access to this experience.  This rate supports another community member and pays the consultants.

  2. Standard Program Cost – $1000

This rate supports the sustainability of the program, including facilitation costs, resources, and materials. This is the suggested rate for those who are financially able to pay the full amount.

  3. Much Appreciation – $850
This rate is for participants who would benefit from a slight reduction in fees due to current financial constraints but are still able to contribute to the program at a lower rate.

  4. Love Offering – $550
For those who are experiencing significant financial hardship or work in community-based roles with limited funding, this rate allows continued participation while easing the cost burden. We encourage individuals from marginalized or under-resourced communities to apply for this rate.

  5. Pay-What-You-Can – enter amount

This option is available to individuals facing significant financial barriers, including those from smaller grassroots organizations, underpaid community leaders, or those experiencing personal financial challenges. We are committed to making this program accessible to all.

How to Apply for Sliding Scale Pricing:

  • Step 1: Complete the online registration form.

  • Step 2: Select your preferred payment tier (Pay It Forward, Standard Program Cost, Much Appreciation, Love Offering, Pay-What-You-Can)

  • Step 3: If applying for a reduced rate (Love Offering  or Pay-What-You-Can), you may be asked to provide a brief explanation of your financial need. This can include details about your role, organization, or personal situation. This helps us ensure fairness in allocating resources.

  • Step 4: Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and next steps.

Note:
If none of the available rates fit your situation, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] to discuss further options. We are committed to making this program accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstance.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due prior to the first session, but we offer payment plans upon request.

  • Full payment, or the first installment of a payment plan, must be received by January 15th.

By offering a sliding scale, we hope to support a diverse group of leaders and changemakers, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to the shared growth and learning that this program facilitates.
